Grounded Growth Wellness is a private-pay practice & does not work directly with insurance companies. This allows our work together to remain focused on your goals, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance plans.
That said, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits to help offset the cost of therapy. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement for sessions. You can also use HSA or FSA funds toward the cost of therapy.
To make this easier, I provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
If you’re unsure what your plan covers, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card & asking:
• Does my plan include out-of-network coverage for mental health?
• What is my deductible for out-of-network mental health services?
• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered each year?
• How do I submit superbills for reimbursement? Many clients are surprised by how much their plan will reimburse, so it’s always worth exploring!

A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available based on need. Please reach out to inquire about current availability.

I accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as HSA & FSA cards for those using health savings benefits.
Please note, a debit/credit card is required on file for all clients.
-
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be subject to a fee of 50% of session cost.
