Individual Psychotherapy

50-minute individual sessions tailored to your unique needs, offering a supportive space to explore your experiences, build coping skills, & work toward your goals. These sessions provide an opportunity to gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back & gradually create meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

Individual sessions are typically scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your goals & needs, to provide regular, consistent support.

Therapy Intensives

These sessions provide dedicated time for hands-on practice, skill-building, & creating a clear plan to use outside of session. They can also be helpful for parents who want to learn tools to better support their teen.

These sessions are intended as focused, supplemental support & are not typically scheduled on a recurring basis.

Payment

Grounded Growth Wellness is a private-pay practice & does not work directly with insurance companies. This allows our work together to remain focused on your goals, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance plans.

That said, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits to help offset the cost of therapy. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be eligible for reimbursement for sessions. You can also use HSA or FSA funds toward the cost of therapy.

To make this easier, I provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Simplified Reimbursement with Thrizer

To make the reimbursement process easier, I partner with Thrizer. A service that helps clients use their out-of-network benefits without managing all the paperwork themselves.

Thrizer may:

  • Automatically submit claims on your behalf

  • Estimate your reimbursement eligibility

  • Reduce the amount you pay upfront depending on your plan

  • Simplify the insurance reimbursement process overall

Using Thrizer is optional, but many clients find it helpful and more convenient than submitting superbills independently.
