Create a more grounded, intentional way of living.
Hi, I’m Alexis! I started Grounded Growth Wellness to support individuals navigating the stress & uncertainty that come with growth, finding your voice, & figuring out your place in the world. I chose the name “Grounded Growth” because it reflects the balance I hope to help clients achieve, staying grounded in themselves while growing into who they want to become. I know how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety, overthinking, or perfectionism take over, especially during times of transition that leave you questioning who you are & what’s next.
I work primarily with teens, young adults, & women who feel the pressure of high expectations, struggle with self-criticism, or feel stuck in patterns that leave them exhausted. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, burnout, or a major life change, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, & empowered to take practical steps forward.
Therapy at Grounded Growth Wellness is both compassionate & practical. Together, we explore patterns, develop strategies, & build tools that you can use in your daily life. My approach is collaborative & tailored to you, helping you feel more grounded, confident, & capable of navigating challenges as they come.
How I Can Help
Wisconsin Virtual Therapy
❊
Wisconsin Virtual Therapy ❊
Grounded Growth Wellness is a fully virtual practice, offering Telehealth services throughout Wisconsin.
Benefits of Virtual Therapy:
-
Virtual therapy lets you attend sessions from anywhere in Wisconsin - your bedroom, home office, or even during a quiet lunch break. You don’t need to worry about traffic, commuting, or finding parking. This makes it easier to prioritize your mental health without disrupting your day.
-
Being in a familiar, safe environment can make it easier to open up & focus on your session. You can feel more relaxed, less self-conscious, & more in control of your surroundings while exploring thoughts & emotions.
-
Virtual sessions make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule. You can book morning, evening, or midday sessions that work around school, work, or family obligations, rather than working around travel time or office hours.
-
Not every city or town has therapists who specialize in OCD, perfectionism, or anxiety. Virtual therapy allows you to access care that fits your needs without being limited by location. You can work with a provider who truly understands your challenges.
-
Virtual therapy makes it easier to stay consistent with appointments, even during travel, school breaks, or life transitions. You can maintain your progress without interruptions, which is key for seeing real results over time.
